HOW TO MAKE THE

Coconut Cloud Smoothie Kit by Marianna Hewitt

INSTRUCTIONS FOR 1 SMOOTHIE

Phase One: Prep Your Coconut Cream

1. Thaw Coconut Cream Soak the sealed bag of coconut cream in cold water for 10 minutes.

2. Cut The Bag Open Cut a small opening in one top corner of the bag to allow air in.

3. Rest to Thicken Leave bag open at room temperature and set aside.

Phase Two: Blend Your Smoothie

4. Add Contents to Blender

  • 8 oz of MALK Organic Almond Milk
  • 2 Packs of Erewhon Organic Frozen Fruit Blend.

5. Blend on High Add lid and blend for 15 seconds or until completely smooth. Avoid over-blending to maintain the ideal texture.

Phase Three: Assemble Your Smoothie

6. Retrieve Coconut Cream Squeeze half of the bag of coconut cream into the bottom of the cup. Save the rest of the coconut cream for the top.

7. Make the Base Gently tap the bottom of the cup to create an even base.

8. Create Blue Cloud Add 1/4 tsp Blue Majik® Spirulina to the bottom of the cup (do not mix). Tilt the cup at a 45* angle and firmly tap the base of the cup on a hard surface 4-6 times while rotating.

9. Pour Smoothie Pour blended contents slowly into the center of the cup.

10. Top with Coconut Cream (1 tbsp) Cut the coconut cream bag open to scoop the remaining contents. Place on top of the smoothie.

11. Enjoy! Add your lid and straw. Serve immediately!

Freeze immediately.

Freeze immediately. After use, clip bag shut and place back in freezer.

Store at room temperature.

Refrigerate after opening.

HANDLING DRY ICE

DO NOT THROW IT IN THE TRASH, SINK, OR TOILET.

Dry ice sublimates (turns directly from solid to gas) and can cause pipes or containers to crack or even explode if sealed.

CHOOSE A WELL-VENTILATED AREA.

Place the dry ice in an open space with plenty of airflow. Never dispose of it in a small closed room or car–it releases carbon dioxide gas, which can displace oxygen.

LET IT SUBLIMATE NATURALLY.

Put the dry ice in a sturdy, open container (like a cooler or metal bowl) and simply leave it at room temperature. It will gradually disappear as it turns into gas.

HANDLE WITH CARE.

Always use insulated gloves or tongs when touching dry ice–it can cause severe frostbite.
