Answer: UPS, FedEx (for international shipments)


Question: Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Answer: Delivery times cannot be scheduled and are dictated by the shipping carrier.

Answer: We currently ship to the following countries:

Question: Does my Erewhon membership apply to my order?

Answer: Erewhon memberships do not apply for online shipping orders. No loyalty points will be accrued for your order, nor can loyalty points be redeemed on the shipping platform.


Question: When will my order ship?

Answer: Non-perishable orders ship within 1 day after your order has been placed. All perishable orders are shipped by 2-day air from Monday through Wednesday, before 1 pm PST. This ensures that your products arrive in optimal condition. Please refrigerate your items immediately once received.


Question: How long does it take to receive my order?

Answer: Once your package is with the shipping carrier, we have limited control over its speed, condition, or whereabouts.


For specific questions regarding transit or delivery, please contact the affiliated carrier directly. For damaged or lost package claims, please reach out within 2 weeks to ship@erewhon.com for assistance.


During the holiday season, many shipping carriers experience a significant increase in volume, which can result in delays, especially when compounded by adverse weather or road conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.


Question: How can I track my order?

Answer: Tracking info will be emailed as soon as your order has been shipped.


Question: What should I do if my package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all?

Answer: All lost and damaged claims must be received within 2 weeks of delivery date. 

Lost packages: Claims are handled in accordance with the carrier’s lost package policy and timelines. We will review tracking details and work with the carrier to determine next steps.

Damaged packages: All damaged package claims must include photo evidence in order to proceed. Please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.


Question: How can i make changes after my order has been placed?

Answer: Orders cannot be adjusted after they have been placed.


Question: How can I get a refund?

Answer: All sales are final and refunds are not accepted.


Question: How do Erewhon discount codes work?

Answer: Erewhon discount codes are for online store use only and apply to one-time purchases with no minimum purchase requirement. These codes can be used by all customers and are valid for one use per customer. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Simply enter the code in the designated discount code box at checkout and click "Apply" to see the discount reflected in your total.
