Question: What should I do if my package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all?
Answer: All lost and damaged claims must be received within 2 weeks of delivery date.
Lost packages: Claims are handled in accordance with the carrier’s lost package policy and timelines. We will review tracking details and work with the carrier to determine next steps.
Damaged packages: All damaged package claims must include photo evidence in order to proceed. Please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Question: How long does it take to receive my order?
Answer: Once your package is with the shipping carrier, we have limited control over its speed, condition, or whereabouts.
