Does my Erewhon membership apply to my order?
Erewhon memberships do not apply for Shopify orders. No loyalty points will be accrued for your order, nor can loyalty points be redeemed on the Shopify platform.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1 day after your order has been placed.
All perishable orders are shipped by 2-day air from Monday through Wednesday, before 1 pm PST. This ensures that your products arrive in optimal condition. Please refrigerate your items immediately once received.
How can I get a refund?
All sales are final and refunds are not accepted.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For UPS ground, orders are received within 3-5 business days.
For UPS Express: 2 business days. And for overnight, the next business day.
